Altoona house fire that displaced 8 ruled accidental

ALTOONA A fire on Tuesday afternoon damaged three houses in the 300 block of Spruce Avenue in Altoona. Two adults and six children were displaced, according to Altoona Fire Chief Tim Hileman. The fire, which broke out just before 4 p.m., was under control in 45 minutes.
