CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) Authorities say charges have been filed against a Cambria County woman accused of hoarding nearly 60 cats. On March 11th, 58 cats were removed from 67-year-old Karen Turgeons Krayn Road home in Adams Township.
